The PROJECT 7 Integrated Load Bearing Scabbard Pack (ILB-SC) is a structured, mission-configurable load carriage system designed to securely carry heavier equipment without the sagging, shifting, or movement common with traditional zip-on packs. Built around a rigid internal frame, the ILB-SC maintains its shape under load while staying tight to the armor platform during dynamic movement.

The pack can be configured for breaching tools, night vision, medical equipment, hydration, cameras, and other mission-critical gear. An optional scabbard insert allows longer or heavier equipment such as bolt cutters, breaching tools, or a breaching shotgun to be carried securely and quietly while preserving access to the main pack.

Key features include:

  • Two 6” x 9” x 1.5” padded external pockets with large and small elastic retention loops for flashbangs, less-lethal equipment, medical supplies, and other gear, plus a zippered admin pocket
  • 13” x 9” padded main compartment for night vision, smaller breaching tools, or a hydration system up to 100 oz, with sewn-in loop for equipment organization
  • Integrated scabbard tension points inside the main compartment help secure and stabilize the optional scabbard insert
  • Internal zippered pocket for additional organization and secure storage
  • 1 x 6 Webless MOLLE/PALS surfaces on the sides for breaching poles, cameras, and other elongated equipment
  • Webless MOLLE/PALS surfaces on the exterior for additional gear attachment
  • Optional scabbard inserts, sold separately, for securely carrying breaching tools, bolt cutters, breaching shotguns, and other mission-specific equipment
  • Compatible with a PROJECT 7 Below Vest Accessory hanger using the hook-and-loop surface within the scabbard channel
  • Constructed from Squadron and 500D Cordura®
